CMEV.5 is a continuously running self balancing mechanical extract ventilation system for the whole house that actively contributes to indoor air quality. Designed as a completely discreet system which is mounted in the loft space it is ideal for properties with a number of WCs and en-suite bathrooms. The stale air is exhausted via the remote grilles sited remotely to the unit.

The system allows for five extraction ducts which are usually from the kitchen and bathrooms and one exhaust duct to the outside. The kitchen duct has the larger 125mm diameter and can be adjusted between trickle and boost speeds via a wired remote switch.

The installation kit is designed for one kitchen and four wet rooms. The following items are included:
