Centair PIV units use free solar energy to help reduce heating bills. Lofts act as low grade solar collectors within dwellings and can, on average, be 3˚C higher than outside. When the loft space temperature exceeds a preset  point, the unit boosts the airflow, thereby pushing the free warmer air into the property helping reduce heating bills for occupiers.
