Returns Policy

Please apply for a Returns Authorisation number by filling in the following:

This way we know to expect your return and why it is being returned. We can also ascertain that it is within the warranty period.

Upon receipt by Email of your Returns Authorisation Number please send the product back to us with this Number at the following address:

Items returned without a Returns Authorisation Number could be suject to delay in processing.

Product being returned for refund must be in its original packaging. Both the product and the packaging must be undamaged; this includes, but is not limited to, writing all over the packaging. Please use an outer box so that writing and courier's labels can be used without damaging the product packaging.

When we receive the product we will:

1. In the case of faulty product (provided such fault has not been created by user or third party damage) send you a replacement product within 24hrs subject to stock availability. We will also credit your account with the original delivery charge to compensate you for charges incurred in returning the product.

2. In the case of unwanted product credit your account within 24hrs for the price of the product but not the delivery charge provided that

   1. The product has been returned in its original packaging unopened and undamaged.
   2. The product was delivered to you not more than 14 days before the date of receipt by us.
