What is the delivery time?
Most orders are delivered from stock. We will despatch all orders received by 1pm Mon to Fri for delivery the next working day subject to stock availability and except where otherwise stated in the product description. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. You will be sent an Email on the day of despatch to tell you your product is on its way.

Delivery to the UK mainland is £8.23 inc VAT.

Can I telephone you?
We are an Internet company and only correspond by Email. Having a permanent telephone support line is costly and would inevitably result in higher prices. Our target response time is 2hrs during working hours (08:30hrs to 17:30hrs Mon – Fri, excl Public Holidays). All Emails received on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays will be answered by 12am on the next working day.

Are all items in stock?
We endeavour to keep stock of all items at all times. Occasionally we run out of stock in which case you will be informed by Email and when the next delivery date will be.
Do I need extra accessories
Extractor fan installations vary. An extractor fan bought for a new installation may require extra accessories such as ducting or external grilles, a fan bought as a replacement may not require further accessories as the accessories from the previous installation may be compatible.
Some of our products are provided as a kit with everything required for a new installation.
We have done our very best to help our customers decide if they will need accessories or not. We have placed a notice on every product we consider will need further accessories.

How do I track my order?
At every stage of the order and delivery process we send you an Email to keep you informed. Customers who have registered and set up an account can log in and track orders.
Once the order has been despatched we will send you details explaining how to track the order through our couriers website.
I am a reseller, what discount do I get?
We have a number of trade customers who place orders at regular intervals. By registering and applying for an account trade customers can access our discounts for regular business.
What is the warranty period?
All products supplied by us come with a 3 years manufacturer’s warranty.
