Your Delivery – what will happen

When your parcel leaves us you will receive a text and/or email from DPD (our couriers) stating they have a parcel for you together with a parcel reference number.

The following day you will receive a further text/email from DPD giving a 1 hour window when you can expect to receive your parcel. Using the parcel reference number you can also connect to DPD’s website and use live tracking on the day of delivery to locate the driver up until the point that delivery is made.

On the day of delivery it is also possible to respond to the DPD text/email and provide alternative instructions if your plans need to change i.e. leave with a neighbour or re-arrange for the following day.

If you want to, or if you have frequent deliveries, there is also a DPD App which lets you set up your delivery preferences (i.e. avoid the school run time)  and advise real time where your parcel is. Full details can be found here http://www.dpd.co.uk/lp/yourdpd/index.html
