CME 2 Q Plus with Humidity Sensor is ideal for continuous extract of stale, damp and polluted air to the outside environment.

It is the latest addition to the centralised mechanical extract unit range. The combination of aesthetic smooth lines, unique tilted impeller and single level ports provides the ideal solution for hidden ceiling installation in flats and apartments. The unit has a very large duty range over 400m3/hr at reasonable static pressure;

This means the unit will provide System 3 ADF ventilation for dwellings primarily up to 300m2 floor areas.


A very compact and practical continuous mechanical extract ventilation solution where space is a problem. It is generally ceiling mounted and uses flat rectangular ducting (204x60), has 3 extract ports, one exhaust and also comes with a multitude of control options and various optional features on the extraction unit making it extremely flexible.

 Boost is activated via a volt free switch but can also be done via a regular switch live either by specifying this on purchase or using a relay if using a non switch live version.

Digital SMART technology for the Humidstat and Timer controls. For the Humidistat this means there is no no fixed humidity point for activation. Instead the unit constantly measures humidity levels and will only activate when man-made spikes in humidity - caused by showering, bathing or cooking - are detected. The Timer control, logs the amount of time the room has been in use and automatically adjusts the run- on time accordingly up to a maximum of 15 minutes.
