Identical in construction and storage capacity to the TECH PAC BLACKOUT, with the addition of side pockets for separate meter or tool storage. Each zippered side pocket measures 13″ x 4″ x 2″. The bag also features external daisy chains for attaching pouches and accessories, as well as Velcro ideal for personalizing with morale patches.
