The TECH PAC MC WHEELER BLACKOUT is a medium-sized rolling tool backpack with an all-black colour scheme inspired by the TECH PAC MC BLACKOUT. This wheeled backpack includes new premium padded backpack straps that are completely removable, making the backpack straps easier to stow and decide whether or not to carry as a backpack. The TECH PAC MC WHEELER BLACKOUT also features our proprietary V-SWAP™ system of interchangeable panels. Includes the Tool Panel (included and mandatory) and Meter Panel.
