It is identical in construction and storage capacity to the TECH-MCT BLACKOUT, with the addition of side pockets for separate meter or tool storage. The bag also features Velcro for personalizing with morale patches and includes our proprietary V-SWAP™ interchangeable panel system. Includes Tool and Meter panels shown below.
